shirer and i went to a club in pasco county last night.
usually i avoid pasco like the plague, but two of my good friends who i havnt seen in forever were celebrating thier birthdays there.
(HAPPY B-DAY MEL & MEG!)
shirer says funny things when shes drunk (i dont have much longer to call her shirer so im going to do so as much as possible before the name change).
some girl weaseled a free drink for herself when she (OOPS!) poured whiskey into the cup of shirer's phil collins. she alledgedly thought it was "her" drink thugh there were no similar colored or other full drinks in sight. {it was 2 for 1 so as shirer was sipping on one, she set the other down and almost instantaneously, the drink tainting occurred.)
the downtown lounge, its like the new castle (or the old castle - i felt like it was a flash back to the mid-90's.)
kinda like interpol is the new bauhaus.
and rod stewart makes people strip (or would have).
c'mon, do ya think im sexy? even the revco version woulda sufficed.
i just got off work in ybor, monica put me up to it. i went in so she could stay home, but it wasnt busy so i left.
im at marcus' and he doesnt have any toothpaste. EWW!
we got a new display case for the clw shop, and we're going to paint the piercing room tomorrow. wee!

so far ive done nearly 50 piercings (i think im at 48) and i need to do some more.
anyone wanna set up an appointment for a Free piercing? (just pay for the jewelry, and i'll pierce ya for free).
the majority of my piercings have been navels, followed by cartilage.
i've done No genitals, and inevitably i need to do some before i can pierce full time on my own. if you folks or anyone you know are down with one, i'd be happy to do it.
normally we charge $65+ for female/male genitals, and a 14g cbr for females would be $15 pierced by me, a 10g cbr for a male would be {i think $22, i cant recall how much we sell 10g cbr's for. its early, i just woke up}.
ludachris, i thought you had my cell phone #. its the same it's always been.
i hope you have a good rest of your vacation.
next time you come down i require you to set aside a day to hang out w/ me.
happy early Monday Off to most of you guys.
marcus and i actually get a Whole Day to hang out. im excited.

this happened on the way to work yesterday.
cracked tail light and fucked up bumper, $1,312 estimate.
the woman that hit me wrote me a check.
naively i accepted it, who knows if the funds are in the account, or if theres a stop payment on it.
if so, my aunt said it would be a felony for her.
she did give me her insurance information though.
but i woke up and my neck hurts. :(

i had a dream last night that danny elfman made a new song with oingo boingo.
while sleeping, ive never been happier.
bert abruptly woke me up prior to 9am, but thats ok, i didnt do anything lastnight besides internerd and watch the law&order mini-marathon.
my good friend bridget's baby shower is today, but unfortunatley i have to work, and thom cant work for me.
im off again tomorrow!
having days off rocks.
im going to get my eyes examined. its been like 3 years since my last one.
im getting new glasses too.
rimless fancy ones. :)

i quit the beach job (they just dont know yet).
i called today and spoke with my coworker joe. i didnt have the heart to tell him i was quitting, i just asked if it would be ok if i didnt come in monday. he was busy so he said he'd call me back.
half an hour later he called back and said i could "have the day off".
see, ive been working there off and on for FOUR YEARS, but joe called me wednesday (about an hour after i got off the plane in vegas) and told me mia sold the buisness. i couldnt believe it.
theres no way im going to work retail for some blokes i dont know. the only reason i was still there is because i lacked the backbone to tell mia that i didnt want to work there anymore.
lately ive been trying to get fired (but it hasnt worked).
so, now with that said, i should feel happy about my Two Days a week OFF, right? wrong. im full of anxiety about not having the $$ to spend on the things i usually do.
anyone know of any place hiring part time, doing something FUN a couple days a week?
doubtfull, but its worth a try.
i made a gourmet dinner for marcus. manwich: it makes a great meal. ive been hankerin for some (made with turkey burger of course).
heres more about the trip to vegas: i almost missed the flight. i was in the security line for like an Hour then i RAN to my gate and boarding was already closed. i begged them and they let me on.
it was supposed to be to AZ, stay on the plane, then go to NV. there was a "problem" with the plane so we had to RUN to another gate and board that plane: no time to get a bite to eat or even go to the bathroom.
the convention was fun, i took an oral/facial anatomy course. i heard elayne angel (friend of jason's) speak about emu oil, which we got a bunch of.
i won like $50 playing roulette, but kept playing. i left the table ahead $3 and cashed in my $3 in chips. i then put those in a slot machine and won nothing :(
the best part about vegas was the paul frank store. i got so freakin giddy when i saw it.
i even took a picture (of the store).

vegas was awesome.
the convention was fun. we got some cool stuff!
ATTN: Moniques now carries Kaos Softwear silicone earlets (the most comfortable jewelry!)
vegas has a paul frank store, and you better believe i spent a while there!

the twolovely kitties now live with me.
thier formal names i've decided are uranium 235 & uranium 238 (unseperable isotopes).
for now ill call them bert & ernie (thier given names) or whatever comes to mind.
they liked it when i called them fish & chips earlier.
cole suggested proctor & gamble, but i like cut & paste way better.
they dont like thier jingle bell collars that i bought this morning. they keep trying to get them off.

the complex maintenence man woke me up at 8:30 this morning ringing the doorbell.
he asked if the "couches" by the side of the road were mine.
"no" i said "they're not, mine is right here" and pointed to my futon.
granted i didnt let him in, but you can see through the screen door to my livingroom.
i went back to bed and then heard him knock on the hell neughbors downstairs' doors.
after a few minutes i heard a slam. im going to go ahead and assume they werent happy they had to take thier couches to the dump themselves (OR JUST DROP THEM OFF DOWN THE STRET AT LAST CHANCE).
COME ON, YOU DRIVE AN SUV FOR CHRISTS SAKE. USE IT.
i live in a "luxury" condo community, and my neighbors think an acceptable way of disposing of two sofas is to leave them at the curb on garbage day.

thats right, and not only am i going, but my airfare and hotel are going to be covered.
i love my job.
ill be going to the APP convention (safepiercing.org) where billy and monique will have a booth displaying the 14k jewelry they make. they need me to help them.
thom was going to go, but he has to chapperone field trip for his kids' school.
im a lucky girl. i fly out wednesday night and come back friday night (or saturday).

on the way to my house form marcus' this morning, i saw some guy walking by busch gardens wearing one of jason's choppers inc. shirts.
its funny to see strangers rocking jason's designs, having no clue he did them.
he gave the rights to billy lane, along with the paintings of the designs. this is why the minauro signature does not accompany the design on the shirts.
among a few others, these were designed by my pal jason minauro, and are sold on choppersinc.com:
